How DBS2MONEYWIZ Works
A privacy-first DBS Singapore statement conversion flow for people who want MoneyWiz-ready CSV or spreadsheet-friendly DBS CSV/TSV, with local browser processing, no cloud upload, and no AI model access to your files.
1. Upload your DBS statement PDF
The browser parses the DBS bank statement PDF locally and extracts transaction rows including date, description, debit, credit, balance, and currency. Files never leave your browser, never get uploaded to the cloud, and are not read by AI models.
2. Optionally upload PayLah PDFs
If you also use PayLah, you can upload PayLah statement PDFs so the tool can match DBS top-up records and recover better transaction context. PayLah export to MoneyWiz is not supported yet.
When you top up PayLah from your DBS account, DBS records the transaction as a generic “TOP-UP TO PAYLAH!” entry. By uploading the corresponding PayLah PDF, the tool matches each top-up to the actual PayLah merchant — so the row in the export reads “[PayLah] HAKKA THUND” or “[PayLah] TAOBAO SG” instead of the opaque top-up label. PayLah rows themselves are not added to the table; they only enrich the matched DBS rows.
3. Review parsed transactions inline
The tool displays parsed transactions in a table where you can review category, counterparty, and memo fields before export.
4. Reuse local memory
Category choices are remembered in your browser so similar merchants can be classified faster on future imports.
5. Export MoneyWiz CSV or DBS CSV/TSV
When the result looks right, you can copy or download MoneyWiz CSV for import, or download DBS CSV/TSV for Google Sheets, Excel, or your own spreadsheet workflow.
What you need before you start
Have your DBS statement PDF ready first. Add PayLah PDFs only if you want better context for DBS top-up records. If your end destination is Google Sheets, choose DBS CSV at export time.
Try the tool before uploading your own files
The homepage has a “Try with sample data” button that loads a real DBS statement and a PayLah PDF as a demo. Parsing, preview, and all exports are free in demo mode — no credits required. Switch to your own files at any time by uploading a DBS PDF.
